1st. MOOD has specifications implemented at every stage of development, using criteria selected and specified by our pack engineers such as :
- transparency/clarity/colour intensity,
- outer surface/shine aspect,
- consistent and even distribution of inner materials,
- chemical compatibility between the various packaging material and alcohol and
cosmetic solutions,
- skills in decorative techniques and surface treatments,
- sharp and legible decoration, and finishing.
We have expertise across a wide range of materials used in the fine fragrance and cosmetic markets: glass, polymers (PP/PE, Surlyn®, ABS, PET/PETG, etc.), resins, metal alloys (Zamak, brass, aluminium, etc.), ceramic, leather, wood, etc.
These materials are offered in customised or standard shapes through 3D modelling and mould fabrication.
The extensive list of brand identification services includes silk-screen printing, hot stamping, chromography, tamp printing, satin finishing, frosting, and laser cutting, etc.
Surface treatments run from lacquering (opaque, gradient, transparent, etc.) to metal plating and frosting.
The wide range of secondary packaging runs the gamut from heavy paperboard and designer papers (textured, soft, etc.) to deluxe boxes (right-angled, bevelled, rounded). Printing is done in offset, silk-screen, digital, and hot stamping.
